About Eppcraft
Built on One Principle:
A Mold You Can Actually Use
Family-run EPP and EPS mold workshop in Qingdao, China. My father built this over 10 years serving Chinese foam manufacturers. I am bringing that same precision — and a new level of documentation — to international buyers.
Where We Come From
In the foam tooling industry, most buyers get a mold and a packing list. My father spent a decade building molds for Chinese foam factories — automotive parts manufacturers, cold chain packaging producers, construction insulation plants.
What he learned: the quality of a mold shows up not just in how it looks when it arrives, but in how it performs six months into production. In Chinese factories, that knowledge stays in the engineer's head — and never reaches the customer.
When I started on international sales, I kept hearing the same thing from buyers in Vietnam, the US, Germany:
"We got a mold that looked fine. Six months later, we had no idea why it was producing rejects."
So we changed our standard. Every mold now ships with five technical documents — not because customers ask for them, but because a mold without documentation is only half a product.
Our Engineering Process
Fixed 6 steps on every order. No shortcuts.
Technical Specifications
Numbers, not claims.
5 Documents. Every Mold. Standard.
90% of mold suppliers provide zero documentation. We include five.
Where Our Molds Run
Primary export markets.
Automotive + cold chain packaging. Buyers require full documentation — our standard package is built for this.
Fastest-growing EPP/EPS market in Southeast Asia. Automotive Tier 2 and packaging manufacturers scaling rapidly.
North American automotive supply chain. EPP bumper core and interior component molds for Tier 1 and Tier 2.
Precision-first. German buyers set the documentation bar — we meet it. ±0.05 mm and full traceability.
