Large-Format Panel Molds Built for Dimensional Stability
Panel and block molds for the construction industry span large areas and must maintain flatness across the entire cavity face. We reinforce all panel molds above 800 mm with Q235 steel back frames, eliminating steam-pressure deflection that causes warped panels.
6061-T6 is the standard material for construction panel molds. For extra-large spans with complex geometry, we also use 5052 alloy for superior corrosion resistance and weldability.
