High-Output EPS Fish Box Tooling
Fish box molds run at high cycle rates in demanding environments — saltwater air, rapid temperature swings, and pressure washing. Our 6061-T6 molds are built to survive these conditions with DAIKIN PTFE coating and chemically etched cavity surfaces that release cleanly every cycle.
Vacuum cooling lines are machined directly into the mold body, bringing cycle time down to 20–40 seconds without external attachments.
